色々なブランドの商品が沢山あるっていうのはもちろんですが、何より魅力は、使用しても返品が簡単にできてしまうという、カスタマーにとって嬉しくて優しいサービスがあるんですもん♪
え！私だけ、よく返品しているのって。。（汗）
よく買い、よく返品しているわたくし。もちろん！ROUGEメンバーです。
そのセフォラに、今日いくつか返品しに行ってきたんですが・・・
驚愕な事実を知りました。大袈裟とは言わないで・・。
リターンポリシーが変更になっていた
60日⇒30日に。

セフォラのお店で購入した商品をお店に返品する場合
Sephora In-store Purchases
Sephora in-store purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or gift receipt at a store location in exchange for a refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made, we do not accept mail returns for merchandise originally purchased at a retail location.

For receipted or verified returns made 30 days after purchase, we offer store credit in the form of a Sephora merchandise credit.
Sephora merchandise credit does not have an expiration date, cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold and can only be used at Sephora stores (not at Sephora.com or through Customer Service). Sephora merchandise credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
セフォラでのみ使用できる期限がないクレジット（商品券みたいなもの）を発行してくれるって！
以前もありました？、このサービス。ちょっと知らなかったんですけど、これってすごくいいサービスですよね~。

2. Sephora.com Returns to Store Location
Visit any free standing Sephora store to return an item purchased from Sephora.com within 30 days of purchase.
私は、ネットで購入して店舗に返品か、店舗で購入して店舗に返品、この二つを利用しています。
ネットで購入し、郵送で返品することもできますが、その場合はこちら👇
♦ When you return your purchase to Sephora.com by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
♦ If we receive your item by mail within 31-60 days of purchase, or if your item was paid for with a Sephora gift card, online store credit or your PayPal account and we receive it by mail within 60 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at Sephora.com. For more information on how to redeem your store credit, please go to Customer Service on Sephora.com and click on Payment Methods.
♦ For Sephora.com products returned in store, rather than by mail, refunds are only provided if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund in your choice of store credit or a gift card.
郵送の返品の場合、日数がかかってしまうからから、31~60日以内の返品受領した場合、ネットで買い物ができるクレジットを受け取れるようですね。

以前よりは、返品できる期間が短くなってしまいましたが、それでも使用したものでも（サンプル程度とは言われますが）なんでも返品できてしまうので、すごく助かりますよね。
